Nice pic - even nicer girls, but im interested in the shirt ;-)

Could you tell what a shirt this nazi-like one is? Bandshirt? There was a german punkband called "Terrorgruppe" which sold this shirt: [link] "Dem Deutschen Volke" means something like "for the germans".
